Cancellation by the customer: In case of cancellation by the customer more than 30 days before the event, the fees paid will be refunded. A 15% processing fee is charged for the cancellation/refund process. If the customer cancels 30 days or less, but more than 14 days before the event, the down payment is completely non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the customer 14 days or less before the event, all fees paid are non-refundable and all fees that have not yet been paid under the contract are due immediately. The university has 926 full-time faculties and staff. An additional 1,451 people work as extraordinary or part-time workers. Most faculty members have master`s degrees, and many have or deserve a doctorate. The faculty and staff have won numerous awards for excellence.  Cancellation by JCCC: The JCCC reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, at its discretion, for any reason, or to reschedule it to a date acceptable to both parties.
In the event of cancellation by the JCCC, a full refund of the payments made under the agreement is granted. In the event of reprogramming, all taxes paid apply to the rescheduled event. If a new date and date acceptable to both parties cannot be found, this will be considered and treated as an annulment by the JCCC. The JCCC assumes no liability for cancellation or rescheduling costs, except for rental fees paid. The signed contract is issued after receiving a booking request. The final booking will be confirmed after receipt of the signed contract and a 50% down payment. JCCC offers a full range of credit licensing courses that form the first two years of most college programs. The average class size is 25 to 30 students.
The college has more than 100 transfer contracts with regional universities and universities that guarantee admission without wasting time or credit. More than 41% of JCCC students enrolled in the fall of 2014 planned to change universities or universities. More than 50 one- and two-year vocational studies and certification programs prepare students to enter the labour market in highly professional sectors.
