The planning obligation is a formal document, a document that states that it is a planning obligation, that the lands concerned, the person who is in the obligation and their interests, and the competent local authority that would enforce the obligation, be identified. Commitment can be a single commitment or a multi-party agreement. The obligation becomes a basic tax. In late 2004 and early 2005, Fortescue`s president, then CEO, Andrew Forrest, announced a series of announcements that Fortescue had entered into “binding agreements” with three large Chinese state-owned enterprises to build and finance infrastructure for the company.   Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) is taking a step towards using solar energy to provide up to 100% daily energy for its iron ore business at Chichester Hub in Pilbara, and the company has signed an agreement with Alinta Energy to develop the Chichester Solar Gas Hybrid project. MA, MPhil., DPhil., M.L.A., Prime Minister of the State of Western Australia, for and on behalf of that state and its instruments from time to time (hereafter referred to as “the state”) of the first part, FMG CHICHESTER PTY LTD ACN 109 264 262 of Ground Floor , 46-50 Kings Park Road , West Perth, Western Australia (hereafter referred to as “the Company”, which includes its successors and authorized deliveries) of the second part and FORTESCUE METALS GROUP LTD ACN 002 594 872 level 1, 46-50 Kings Park Road, West Perth, Western Australia (hereafter referred to as the “guarantor” of the third party). The company wants to develop an iron ore mining project within the Defined Zone near chichester Ranges in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, sold either in Australia or by export to foreign buyers. B. At the time of the agreement, the Company holds the exploration licences for the defined territory covered in Part A of Schedule 1 and has applied, under the Mining Act, for the exploration licences to have been granted in accordance with Part B of Schedule 1.
The company has also applied under the Mining Act to grant it the mining leases mentioned in Schedule 2 for a part of the country for which it is the subject of these exploration licences. C. The guarantor and Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd ACN 103,096 340 are pursuing detailed feasibility studies for the construction and operation of a multi-user railway located near the Chichester Rangs to multi-user port facilities in or near the port boundary for supply to these port facilities by multi-purpose carriers. and these multi-user port facilities for the shipment and export of iron ore, cargo and other products.
